Palapress Vario is a universal material that can be used for all indications - full and partial dentures, flange margins, repairs, as well as indirect relines. Its unique composition offers an unusually wide working range for both injection molding and pouring techniques.

Pouring Technique:
Palapress Vario offers two working stages for this procedure: the mix remains pourable for the first three minutes, then enters the plastic stage for seven minutes. The long working time of over 10 minutes allows several saddles to be poured in one procedure. Polymerization can be carried out after completion of the opposite saddle, saving valuable processing time in the laboratory.

Injection procedure:
Both full upper and lower dentures can be produced with Palapress Vario and the Palajet® pneumatic cold-curing injection unit, which is ideal for this indication.
