HeraCeram®
The most significant advancement in porcelain is here.
Only HeraCeram gives you the unique blend of fluorescence, opalescence and chroma – providing superior uniformity that allows you to match shades perfectly regardless of the substructure. Our unique, specially-engineered synthetic quartz glass offers exceptional performance qualities, including a simple firing procedure and extremely short firing cycles.
HeraCeram Characteristics and Benefits
100% synthetic patented quartz glass manufactured exclusively for HeraCeram that provides a crystal clear foundation, free of impurities or inconsistencies.
Based on natural light dynamics methodology deriving from a unique blend of fluorescence, opalescence and chroma that creates natural-occurring affects with simplicity.
Highly fluorescent opaques and adhesive layer for zirkonia that further nature-replicating affects.
Same firing parameters for all substructures creating esthetic uniformity for combination cases.
Highly-polishable smooth surface.
Multiple substructure esthetic uniformity and predictability.
Same firing parameters for all substructures.
Minimal shrinkage.
Flexural strength of HeraCeram and HeraCeramZirkonia veneering material = 80 MPa.

HeraCeram Zirkonia Features
HeraCeram Zirkonia is an extension on HeraCeram’s highly-esthetic porcelain. Its unique features perfect the art of masking the high-value frameworks of zirconia while creating brilliance in every case. It’s not your ordinary zirconia overlay material.
It’s based on the SAME application AND FIRING PARAMETERS of HeraCeram, creating a consistency, predictability and efficiencies unlike any other.
Adhesive material performs multiple functions: cleaning, recrystallization, bonding and adding fluorescence so the masking of the core material is achieved.
SAME esthetics concept: Matrix.
SAME short firing processes.
Compatible with HeraCeram’s stains.
Low fusing margin materials and high fusing margin materials.
Vita Classical and Bleach shades.
